That means if your system acts up, you won’t pay a fee just to find out what’s wrong - i’ll come out, diagnose the issue, and walk you through your options.
Our Services
When your system isn’t working right, a professional diagnostic visit is the first step to getting it back on track.
I’ll perform a complete inspection, identify the issue, and give you a clear explanation of what’s going on - no guesswork, no pressure.
What’s included
-Full system Inspection(AC or Furnace)
-Electrical Components testing
-Airflow and Temperature Checks
-Thermostat function check
-Refrigeration pressure reading (if needed)
-Visual inspection for leaks, blockages, and recommended next steps

-Inspect & Clean Condenser Coil (light surface cleaning to improve performance)
-Check refrigeration pressure & system charge (Note: No recharge included)
-Inspect evaporator coil(accessible parts only)
-Test compressor & fan motor
-Inspect & tighten electrical connections
-Check capacitor condition & microfarad rating
-Test contactor & relays
-Check & flush drain line (prevent water backups)
-Check thermostat calibration and system cycling
-Inspect air filter (Replace if customer provides one)
What’s Included
-Inspect & Clean Burners (Ensure Clean, safe combustion)
-Check Heat Exchanger for cracks or signs of wear
-Test Ignition system / Pilot light
-Inspect & tighten electrical connections
-Check & test safety controls (limit switches, flame sensor, etc.)
-Inspect blower motor & wheel for dirt or imbalance
-Test airflow and temperature rise
-Replace or clean air filter (if provided)
-Check for gas leaks (if gas furnace)
-Inspect flue and vent pipe for blockages or corrosion
-Thermostat calibration & test system start-up/shut-down
